Hotel Comfact - Tokyo

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo and Hotel Comfact perfectly met my needs. The location was ideal for both business and leisure, with convenient access to transportation and nearby attractions. Despite the small room size, the facilities were well-maintained and the staff provided excellent service.

The only service that I missed for work was a dedicated business center. Having a dedicated space with computers and printing facilities would have been helpful for my business needs.

The hotel was clean based in a Chinese style building with helpful staff. The location was convenient - close to tube/railway station and public transport and the restaurants upstairs. It also was in a nice open area on the roof.

Their staff were not professional.

The room I stayed in was exceptionally nice and complete with tea and coffee making facilities and tea, as for instance. An electric kettle and a fridge were available.

I stayed at Hotel C. for a week during my sightseeing trip. The location was perfect, with two train stations nearby and a quick walk to Ueno Park. There were plenty of power receptacles in the room, making it easy to charge all my devices. The breakfast buffet was delicious, although it had an additional cost. The AC and heater worked well, keeping the room comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel was also conveniently located near restaurants, just a short taxi ride away. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

I would recommend this hotel.

The room had cable channels, a refrigerator, and a writing table - really nice to have all that handy. Plus, the location was super convenient and couldn't be beat! It was a bit of a walk to Chosho-ji Temple, but not too far at all. 🚶‍♂️

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a pretty nice area

Close enough to restaurants, the Ueno Station-Tokyo, and public transport. I was offered a room with particularly nice views of the city.

The hotel's location is convenient for those in search of a place close to the railway station or shops. Ueno train station and 7-11 are both just a few minutes' walk away from the hotel. the rooms have modern designs with amenities such as air conditioning and heaters that work well. the breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace provides enough sunlight and a nice view of the surroundings.

Some aspects of hygiene could have been better, and the rooms are quite small for more than one person with large luggage.

Nice staff, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, walking distance to Ueno Station.

The staff were kind and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the room was quiet, the bed and pillow were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The breakfast offered a nice variety of food, with a gorgeous view from the rooftop terrace. the room itself was nicely designed and the amenities were satisfactory. the location was convenient and made it easy to get around the city.

The room was much too small for two people. We struggled to find storage space for our belongings and had to keep our clothes in our suitcases for the duration of the stay.

The bed at Hotel Comfact was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. It was by far the best bed we experienced during our trip. Despite the small room size, the cleanliness was perfect, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast, while limited in options, was still enjoyable with a nice variety to choose from.

The biggest room was super nice, bright, and clean. Location near the train station was mind-blowing for affordable long stays. Staff were jaw-droppingly friendly and helpful. Attached store, cute rooms, awesome shower, and plenty of essentials provided.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Ueno train station and 7-11 stores. Public transport is close by. The cleanliness is good and staff are friendly.

Location is convenient and accessible, close to tourist attractions and transportation. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was reasonably priced.

The room was incredibly small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around. The walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.
